Whoa, I didn't know the 335i is underrated by that much, I thought it's more like 325hp, which sounds reasonable since it's quite a bit lighter than the G37. I guess the G37 has the right ingredients, but the fine tuning is not enough.

Seems like the TL-S puts out around 253whp/229tq, 31whp/22tq more than a normal 6MT TL.
