Keys and Key rings . . .

Alright . . .

First of all, as I've said in previous posts, this car is awesome. I think it's great and appreicate a lot of the detail and technology.

Now on to the complaint/concern box. Before I picked up this car, I had a 2002 Audi A4, which I really liked and enjoyed; but had to depart from (a story for another time). Anyway, I liked the keyfob on the A4. It had the switchblade style key with the keyless entry system built into the key itself. Very nice for me since I'm a more of a less is more on my keyring type o'guy.

Now advance to the 05 TL . . . I'll admit, I was secretly hoping for the intelligent key system the RL will have, but in reality that's not going to happen. But I would have settled for the Accord all-in-one type key currently being used. I'm not a big fan of the current TL's separte fob and key system. I think it's just me getting used to it.

My question is this. What key rings are people using? Do people keep their valet key with them on a quick release?

P.S. I am debating about starting a letter writing campaign (most likely will just be me sending Honda/Acura an annoying letter every week) asking for at least the new Accord key for the TL and to make it backwards compatible.

If that's your only complaint, you're way ahead of the game.
