Karen Radley Acura Service Dept in Falls Church, VA

Anyone had any experience with Radley Acura in Falls Church? I had my first service experience with them and they totally hosed the inside driver side door with a bunch of black marks, and the car was definitely not clean on the outside. Anyone else?

Were you been Bro. This dealer's service department will wreck your car. I have been complaining about them for like a year on the site to other TL owners, not to ever go there. Call Karen directly and let them know how f##ked up their service really is. I spent two months last year getting my car back to normal after a jack ass tech on the night shift f**ked it up. Radely ACURA SUCKS!

I did a search on "Radley" and got 29 hits. Didn't read them all, but it was easy to find.

The reason for posting this?

I do most things myself, gives me peace of mind that it is done right. For things that I am not able to do I take the car to Rosenthal Acura in Gaithersburg, MD or a friend that is Honda Tech. For the most part Rosenthal Acura has been good to me. It's hard for find a good service department these days. I have noticed many times the service advisors have no clue what they are talking about.

It's a little out of quick travel range for you NOVA guys....but Hall Acura in Newport News and Virginia Beach both have very fine service departments.
