What do you mean by better? Philips 85122+ bulbs produce ~3400 lumens of light, the most of any D2S bulb. So if you're going for maximum light output, the 85122+ are the best.

What in the world is a kaixen bulb? Never heard of such a thing. From the sounds of the name its probably some cheapo manufactured smurf colored bulb. If thats the case the Philips 85122+ is superior in everyway. That philips bulb as mentioned above is infact the brightest OEM HID bulb you can get. Hopefully that answeres your question.
And if your going for that hideous ricer blue headlight look then the philips is not what you want :-)

Well if thats the case then I take back my original statement of calling the Kaixen bulbs cheapo back. I must have been out of the loop for a while now as I havent done my last HID projector retrofit now for quit a while. I guess I will look into those things as I have never even heard that name even over at the HIDforums.com website.
