Just Purchased 08 TL-S !! Need Help
I just purchased an 08 Tl type s for $33,000 before TTD and destination charge. Did i get a good deal? This was the best offer in NY. i will be picking up my baby tomorrow afternoon. I think i should get the clear bra installed prior to driving it home. I would hate to install the clear bra after getting chips on my bumper. I'm sure this has been posted before but where do i get the clear bra and is it something i can install on my own? If not who would i have to ask? Just any body shops?

I'm shopping for the same car here in California. You got what appears to be a very good price.
I already have a '04 TL and think the clear bra is a must, as I did not do it and the front is showing the effects. Do the clear bra!

very good deal, in NC I paid 37 OTD- and yes, clear bra a must..I am waiting to get the A-Spec front lip before I do it though- I had the clear bra on my 07 before getting 08 Type S- well worth the $$$ and i suggest a professional do it for sure- expect 500-600 bucks

YES...you got a good price. I paid $32,500 for my 2007 TL Type S with 700 miles on it. I took delivery on Jan. 1, 2008 here in Kansas City. And I've got to think that the pricing here in KC is going to be less expensive than in New York.
