timing belt, water pump, etc that you can get all in a kit (Gates, Aisin)
serpentine belt
transmission fluid (AT vs MT)
oil change
air intake filter
cabin filter

Unless of course they've already been done.

Would check if the timing belt has been replaced. Recommended service at ~170,000 km (or 105,000 miles). If not, seriously consider having it done.

If you have maintenance records then just go by the service indicator for what needs to be done. If not then definitely the timing belt/water pump, trans and oil. Brake fluid is supposed to be done every four years. I guess it must get dirty as I did mine myself after four years and five years after than when I was in for service the dealer told me the brake fluid should be changed and the dealership I go never tells me I need any additional work normally and had never mentioned the brake fluid before not even knowing I had changed it out the first time.

Good luck with the car. Best car I have owned. Other than the HFL module going which they all do and a power steering o-ring than was under a buck nothing out of the ordinary service/wear items since new and those two items took less than 30 mins combined to replace. Very easy car to work on as well. The dealership here only charges $39 for an oil change and I think the trans service was around $100. Most of the other stuff you can do yourself.
