Talking Just ordered TL...

...but the wifes going to freak. Not about the car, but the NAVI: she didn't want me to get it but I did regardless.

I figure I might be in the dog house for a week or so, but it's worth it. Damn, what's the chances she divorces me...

BTW, the car is a 04 TL 6MT NAV Anthricite/Ebony.

Can't wait!!!

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!! You'll love that 6MT....sooo smooth and precise. Good color choice too; of course, I'm a bit biased!!

Some on this forum swear on the Nav and some can't justify the price difference.

Good luck and now all you have to do is wait.

Congratulations! You'll love the Navi. Good that you bought it. Show your wife all the voice commands and everything and may be she'll forgive you.

I agree.

However, if she divorces you over that, then she has other issues, not just a few thousand extra dollars spent.

Here is hoping you enjoy your new TL in marital bliss.

I just ordered the exact same car on Monday. My build date is Feb. 3-7....when is yours? What kind of price did you agree on?

They said they won't order again for another 3 weeks, so I'm assuming my build day will be around Feb. 18-20.

I only got $300 off MSRP. Not much, but I'm happy and willing to pay. The service dept. at this dealer is very professional and I'm thinking that's got to be worth something.

You know what they say! Its easer to ask for forgiveness then to ask for permission.

I did the same, but this time the wife didn’t freak. I told her I wanted it and for the cost I didn’t consider it to be a toy item.

However it probably is. But who cares at this point. I pick mine up tomorrow @ 2:30.

That's what I'm hoping. We have an MDX as well, and on the way to the dealer to test drive it, she was *****ing about how expensive it was etc., but as soon as she got behind the wheel and drove it she was sold! It was the funniest thing...

Congratulations ccin1492!

My situation was the opposite... I wanted the navi, but was thinking about not waiting. My wife told me I would sorry if I didn't get the navi, and as usual she was right .

I got mine 2 weeks ago. Also an Anthracite/Ebony 6MT, Navi with HPT and body molding. I love the car and I'm sure you will too.
