Just a hello from a new TL owner
How's it going everyone? Just bought an 05 TL w/Nav and 50K on the clock for $15K. Pretty solid car after about 3 weeks driving it around. I'm pretty much set on getting the A spec suspension and the Comptech rear sway bar, anyone have any other suggestions besides the usual bolt ons to make the car better? Also, any common problems with the car? I know there's two recalls that I'll be taking care of early next week. Thanks for any future input and hopefully this site will be another one of my regular visits.

Welcome! I just bought an Acura-certified '04 DWP (Diamond White Pearl) Navi 5AT with 22k on the clock. Paid a small premium for the car due to this certification (and it was exactly what I was looking for after a several week search, so I was able to justify to myself the extra money I paid for it by buying it at a dealership). So far, I'm extremely happy with my choice.
I don't think I'm going to spend any money making any modifications, so I can offer no suggestions. Just a friendly hello! Have fun with your new ride.

this is only the beginning
if you're looking for simple aesthetics, i'd recommend the aspec body kit. as for the basic performance mods, cai and exhaust do wonders!

but i would suggest the progress RSB instead of the comptech. it all depends on what your looking for though.

progress is thicker and comes with the bushings and brackets u need to apply to it....comptech doesnt...progress also has 2 diff holes to set your endlinks in for diff settings.

I'll try to take some pictures of the car tomorrow even though the weather has been crap here the past week and a half. Been kind of busy the past few days helping my girl buy an 08 Mitsubishi X MR. She just had to one up me on my recent car purchase. Haha

Congrats on the recent TL purchase!
I also have a 04 WDP TL and I love it to death.
If you are looking for little things to do, I would suggest maybe an cold air intake (I have a red K&N 69 series intake...look on autoanything.com) that makes the car sound great, gives it a little more get up and go, and it isn't crazy expensive.
Tinting your windows always makes it stand out a little more and helps in the hot summers so you dont burn your ass on the seats
.
The OEM all weather mats are good for if you want an easy clean up for mud and dirt and if you don't have the time to vacumn your car every week.

. You do whatever to the car that makes you happy!
No matter what you do, it's still a TL and it's still sweet

I had an ASM 06 TL nav auto and as ASM 07 TL-S auto.
I now have a 2006 WDP TL nav manual and LOVE IT TO DEATH. Much more then my other 2 above. 2006 A-Spec body kit looks SO MUCH better then the 07 TL-S kit. IMO.

First of all welcome to AZ
I gotta 2nd the OEM weather mats and also the trunk tray. Rear sway will help with handling. CAI for a little HP bump and sound. WDP is very sexy.......of course I have that color as well
