My big complaint with JD Power is it is generally "Initial" Quality, usually in the first few months. Sure I bet the chart woudl not change much, but some problems don't show that quickly and a really bad car usually gets worse as it ages.

 

I noticed that Toyota was #1 and Honda # 2 again. I was surprised that GM was #3. I think the fit and finish of GM cars still leaves a lot to be desired compared to Toyota/Honda. If Toyota built some exciting cars I might buy one someday.
