Sooooo... I've searched and read and searched again but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Thought it'd be nice for the Wise One's to throw out some input in one thread to help with these swaps and builds. If I've just overlooked the thread, please point me in the right direction.

I'd like to know the following:
- motor mounts used for j35 swap?
- any modifications needed?
- does factory 05 TL auto trans bolt to j35?
- does 05 TL top end bolt directly to 00 Ody bottom end?
- misc shit, power steering pump, ac, etc?

There's prolly a lot more questions I have but before I jump into this project I want to make sure I know what to watch out for. Sorry for the noob thread but this has just given me hope for my TL

But thanks again for whatever answers I get.. I just know I'm not the only one with questions so having all the knowledge for these swaps in one place would be nice.

 

the sub frame will need to be modified, your best bet is sell the TL then get the Type S instead.

 

He wants the j35 bottom from the 2000 odyssey, he's not looking for a type s j35 swap.

Why is he doing this? I'm not sure
