J-pipe:

Hi everyone! New to the forum and also just purchased an 08 type-s! Interested in doing a j-pipe and see there are a couple different options? Also see RV6 has a newer updated version of this? I guess I wanna know everyone’s opinions and also the best place to buy! Any group buys on j-pipes?!?

I would use the search function, there are about 19 million threads on this. Every single brand and type has been beat to death on just about every topic.

RV6 hasn't come out with any new j-pipes for a long while now; the V3 long tube has been out for years.

EndlessRPM has a new v3 j-pipe announced a few months ago that sits very high off the ground - ideally for lowered cars.

I believe the RV6 V3 j-pipe was released way back in 2010.

Any of them are far better than stock. There are only subtle differences between them. I had the RV6 and was very happy with it.

And here I was thinking the RV6 was just sold by endlessrpm! Didn’t actually know they were two different pipes or designs

Well after more research the j-pipe offered by EndlessRPM is indeed the RV6 brand j-pipe! They just sell them!

Endlessrpm does sell the RV6 j-pipe but they also sell their own branded j-pipe and an XLR8 brand J-pipe. These 3 pipes are slightly different from each other. Endlessrpm sells them all but they are not the same.

Oh and there's also an ALTP brand j-pipe.
