issue with trunk opening

I'm not able to open my trunk with the button on the dash but i can use my remote control and it's ok.

Do you think it could be a fuse ? any idea.

check in the glove compartment to see if you have activated the trunk lock.

Although i read a few month ago the manual, i didn't remember this option.
