In my 2005 TL (no nav) I have what appears to be two cabin lights in the front interior roof , one centered directly above/behind each sun visor. They are small plastic covers that appear to be cabin lights and they are only visible if you have the visors down. HOWEVER, I have no idea how to turn them on (if in fact they are lights). They do not show in the owners manual. Anybody have any ideas?

 

flip open the vanity mirrors.

 

lol geeez. like Sharkhead said above. You never thought that just maaayyybeee those are the vanity mirror lights? :-D

 

Thanks for the info. I did not realize that there would be a switch in the mirror cover itself, especially since the manual does not even show the lights exist.
