Hey whats up guys I was thinking about changing my interior lights on my 07 tl, I have been looking around on Ebay and I don't know if I want to buy them on there. Has anyone bought any from ebay? I've also looked on superbright led's and i have read some negative reviews about that site about the leds don't last long? I'm looking for a super white led color something not to bright and not to dim, in the middle. Brighter then then stock bulbs inside the car, but in that super white led color. Can you guys help me out here...I can't make up my mind1 looking to change...

2.) Has any one come across any chrome grills for a 2007 tl ? pretty hard to find some unless i buy one off someone or get it made!

Take note that these auctions is for more than needed because i used some of them for my gf's IS250, but you can look it up for other quantities also.

Some of those auction are US sellers, but you can get them cheaper by buying from china sellers, i just wanted to get them faster at first, but i must tell you that from the 10 lights i've bought from china seller, 2 of them were damaged, you might as well pay a little bit more and get them from US seller.

As for the TYPE S chrome grill, if im not mistaken, they are the default color for the 2007 type s and above, so just buy the set from any acura dealer or aftermarket dealer for those specific model, i think you can find them on ebay also, just look for 07 acura tl type s grill molding or something, they re not cheap if i recall.

Just bought a full type s grille recently. The hood trim and V were like 40 bucks each, and the middle bar is 90 including emblem.

 

X2 .... IMO these are the best LEDs available. If you're going to get reverse LEDs, check out the Cree LED on http://www.jlclightings.com

 

The Type S grill is chrome, the base is silver, they are interchangeable.

If anyone is considering CREE style reverse LEDs you should check out my comparison thread before doing so. If you have a navigation and back-up camera the Cree LED reverse lights are HORRIBLE.

I went with these ( ) for my reverse lights, which are comparable to the ones from vleds, for almost half the price. I'm very satisfied with them and visibility in my back up camera is pretty good.

For my interior, I went with these ( ) (which don't include bulbs for the vanity lights). They are much brighter than stock and give off a cool white light, which makes the interior look very nice.

 

Here's what mine used to look like with 12 LED boards. I got 6 panels for $27 shipped and they are really bright. So bright than I've decided to ditch them and go with a slightly less bright setup.

 

The only issue with www.vleds.com is that they dont have as good of a selection as they used to have. Their prices have also gone up. I would go with the ebay link that vietxquangstah suggested. You can get different sized boards depending how bright you want your interior. I am going to order from them this week and will be taking pics/doing a write-up after install.
