Interior bulbs, definitive replacement of OEMs

Just wondering if there is a replacement bulb for the interior lights (seat heater, steering wheel buttons, all the little ones) thats better and cheaper than OEM? I've read a bunch of threads here and elsewhere that have LED options, some solder some plug in but there seems to be some issues with them burning out and some colours working some not, some that don't fit and don't light up the buttons appropriately because the LEDs are 360 illumination, something about the OEM bulbs being sleeved in blue plastic.

Any one found a simple plug and play alternative, that works and is as good or better than OEM, thats the appropriate colour or that can replace all bulbs so that every things the same colour and that actually lasts?

I need probably close to ten and would rather change them all out while I'm in there but can't justify spending like 200 or more at the dealer to get them all.

Thanks

Thats always an option I suppose, perhaps your right sometimes its easier just to pay up and go OEM. Thank you for the suggestion.
