The other day I discovered the clear coat covering on the front bumper section has started to peal off in 2 small areas. No evidence of any impact or even a scratch, it just started to peel, seemingly out of the blue.

I went to the dealer and showed them and they did tell me that the warranty will cover it. They will need my car for 2 to 3 days to re-clearcoat that front bumper section. They also agreed that there was no sign of impact and they also asked if I had any previous body work done....which I have not and I told them that.

Just curious to know if anyone else has had an issue like this....I've never seen this happen with any car I have previously owned.
