Can somebody recommend a good cleaner for the clear plastic that protects the gauges? My speedo's plastic has some overspray from some interior cleaner that I used.

 

Get the cleaner and polish from Meguiar's Professional line. The polish is #10, I believe.
You can clean the insturment plastic on a soft towel with detailing mist - never dry wipe, or spray a lot of fluid on the instrument cluster lens - it can drip down and short something. NOVUS is also a great brand, but somewhat difficult to source.

But polsihes like Mehuiar's #7 or Pjnnacle Bodywork Cleaning solution also work great on plastic, as they will fill spider web scratches, and clean really well without harming anything.
