Instrument Panel?

I have search for a while now and can't seem to find a photo around here of the 06 TL instrument panel. I am looking for a real life photo from a member. I was looking on the Acura website a while ago and the gauge lighting on the website looks different than mine? Theirs is either MUCH brighter or something? The website shows mostly blue lighting with white tick marks for the numbers. I think mine is just dark with blue tick marks? This isn't sime setting somewhere is it?

You can see what I am talking about if you go to www.acura.com and click on the TL photo gallery.

on the Brightness setting for the interior dash lights, there is a way to set it to MAX.... all of the pictures on the website look like they are set on MAX... try that and see if it works....

oh, if you have it set to MAX, it keeps the Navi on the Daytime settings ALL the time...

I do have it set to max and the space between the tick marks on my gauges still is not blue? Does everyone else have the blue between the tick marks?

Strange that the tick marks in the photos are white and mine are blue? Are these 06 photos on the page?

I think that picture is a little blue-er overall than it really looks. If you look at the MID screen, it looks like it is a blue background but I dont' think that is how it actually appears. I look closely again tonight and let you know.

No blue here

I have no blue in that area - numbers or background - just black with white lettering/numbering. And mine is an '06 TL

Alright, now I'm going to have to contradict myself and everyone so far. My gauges look almso exactly like the pictures on the site.

The numbers are white.
The main background is black.
The tick marks are blue (bright)
The ring around the tick marks are blue (not as bright).

However as I stated before, the MID display is white on black, with no hint of blue.

So you have an 06? Is there blue in between the tick marks like the picture shows? The picture actually shows the tick marks are white?

Here you go. It actually shows a little bit blue-er than is in real life but it is pretty close. This is at max brightness.

You need to turn the ignition switch to at least the 2nd detent to see the blue ring. What you're describing is what appears when it's only turned to the 1st detent.

Thanks for the picture and replies. I went home last night and put mine on MAX again. It is pretty close, although as stated, the MID is not blue at all. I think the camera just brightens it up a little more all around. Thanks.
