The title is pretty self-explanatory but I just wanted to see if anyone out there had any sage words of advice before I actually attempt to do this. It's going on a 08 WDP type s. Hope to hear from you guys soon...

oh, of course! haha. taking the bumper off and drilling are my main concerns.

 

why take the bumper off. Just jack it up.

 

hmm...i didn't know i can install it without taking the bumper off. the instructions say that i should just take it off and do it.

 

I guess mine was different. I just stuck it on with tape. then i jacked up the car and screwed into the bumper.

 

Just converted my base A-Spec to Type-S A-Spec and you do not have to take the bumper off.
