Are there any gaskets I will be replacing as I get down to the injectors? Before I start pulling her top off and leaving myself walking to the parts store for gaskets I'm not sure are there or not?

 

You will need to pull the intake off, so all the gaskets that are involved in that might need to be replaced.
That is gasket under that upper plate and under the intake manifold:

Additionally injectors have rubber o-rings on them, but new ones should come with new o-rings.

Injector base stays on the car, and you shouldn't need to remove throttle body, so those gaskets don't need to be replaced.
