I think there's a special spot in hell (or at least some dunces corner in heaven if God is merciful) where people like this go. I don't know how it is some people have so little decency to take responsibility for their actions. GL man.

Follow the tire tracks.

That sucks so bad... I'm going to start parking far away in the corner of parking lots because of this.

WTF is wrong with people?? i had this happen though the idiot only hit my rear qtr panel on a perfectly clear, sunny dry day. no note, nothing. 20 min in the store, and yeah, i was swearing very loudly in the parking lot that day when i came back to my car. $1K mistake, by some moron, out of my pocket to fix it, a week of my life inconvenienced, and really annoyed. its one thing if i put the dent there, it another thing when you have irresponsible jackasses who don't own up. sorry, about the rant. this is the sole reason why i park way the hell away from everyone.

that sucks. sorry for your car. it ain't gonna be a cheap fix either. grrr...

No note, you are correct, and I *do* park way out away and I still got this. Funny, had I been parked in with the rest of the pack of cars they probably wouldn't have been able to slide into me. Ah well, I'd have 100 door dings by now instead. Can't win for losing.

Thanks for the support guys, I really needed it! :/

Holy hell. I'm so sorry to see.

I take pride in my car and if I did that to someone else's car, I would have the decency enough to leave a freakin note.

I remember when I was at Walmart one time, some old van rear ended a Mercedes C Class (New) and I saw him do it. I made sure he wrote the note (visual) and left it on her windshield and she (the Mercedes owner) came back and read the note and it said "FUCK YOU". :/

Then again some dude hit my 98 TL recently and had no insurance. Cops came and he showed his "fake" insurance and they fell for it.
Now I have to file a small claims court. Oh so much fun.

Well, this thread is cheering me up a bit. I'll just pay the deductible and be done with it. Too bad that since we got all that snow there is like a month waiting list at all the local body shops in town.

What are those positive thoughts again? Oh right, "at least no one was hurt" "could have been worse" yadda yadda.

Anyway, thanks for the comments guys, enjoy your cars while you can. There are lots of people out there just waiting to mess it up for you. At least it isn't totaled and I can still keep it and drive it.

Wow, sorry to see that kind of damage done to your car, no witnesses?

I think I would have an aneurysm if I came out to that.....
