I'm finally getting mine!!!!!!

Just went through the paperwork about 2 hours ago, pick up my new NBP/Parchment/6MT/Navi tomorrow at 10am. God this night is going to go so slow. I'm just pissed it's supposed to be raining tomorrow when I pick it up. Got it at Park Ave Acura in Paramus, NJ. I've been drooling over this car since it came out and I can't believe I'm actually getting one!!! Got it for $32,800. Had to wait about 2 weeks before they could get me a 6mt/navi. I'm quite surprised, my insurance isn't as bad as i though it was going to be. It's only $2200/year, paying $2100/yr now on a 99 integra. Go figure.

For the insurance, most acura integra drived by over-testosterone young guy finish in the field or in another car. So the rate of accident for INTEGRA is very high. Fortunetly TL has an higher price and a nez model so insurance cost is less.
And also the average age of TL'S driver is higher than INTERGRA drivers so less serious accidents.

Congrats! That's a good price, I am sure there was tax, title, license on top of that? My insurace just dropped to 1200/per year for full coverage 250 deductable on comprehensive and 500 deductable for collision and I live in a high risk area. After my GPA rolls around next week it would drop till 1g a year.

Thanks guys. Seabounet2205......my integra was fully stock, with the exception of the stereo system. Granted I do have a heavy foot, but I think the high price for insurance on it is the theft rate. As for getting the 6MT, i had 2 automatic cars which i hated driving. My integra is stick, loved it. Parents have a 99TL and the sport shift just doesn't do it for me. I like the clutch and being able to flip to any gear I want. 12 1/2 hours till i pick her up.....but who's counting.

Congrats. Which I could convince my parents to get the 6MT, although any tl(with navi) is awsome(without navi is just great).

Actually when my dealer called me he said he found 2 tl's NBP/6MT/Navi, one with parchment, one with ebony. I thought the black/black combo was a little too dark and have always loved the black/beige combo. He said he had got my nbp/parch from another dealer in NJ, didn't tell me which one though. I'm assuming both cars were from jersey dealerships?? As far as option, I mean it comes with wheel locks, he mentioned nothing about the protection package. I went to a few dealers around and this was the cheapest I could find. One of my girlfriends uncle was friends w/the manager at Park Ave which helped. I have an hour and 10 min till I pick it up. God I feel like a kid on Christmas! I guess a kid on chanukah for all the jewish folks out there.

Woohoo, it's 4:15 been in and out. God I love my new toy. I still need to RTFM haha. Can't get the damn Homelink garage opener thing to work. Got my V710 paired though. Quite disappointed I can't use the voice dial directly from the phone, thought you would be able to. Now I have to program a phone book into the car. The navi is awesome, actually going to have to use it tonight. Can't stop looking at it. Thought it would be a shitty raining day but it's beautiful out.......well can't sit here anymore, i hear VTEC calling me. Have a good day everyone!
