So Ive been driving around with my MDX jewel eyes retrofitted into my 3g and recently acquired 2 sets of 2015 RLX jewel eyes with ballasts. Debating to see if its possible to get them into 3g lenses??


Anyone have any thoughts on this?? Anyone want to donate to the potential cause?

I think you'll be able to do it but may run into heat dissipation issues as it's really right behind the headlight and you'll have double the LED's that generate heat.

I LOVE the RLX double layered jewel headlights. Out of all the Acura headlights, they're my favorites.

Of course I didn't do measurements but I would wonder how you would fit them into the 3GTL headlight housing.........They seem to be too tall?

But hey if you get them to fit that would be beyond WOW! I'd love to see that.
