It's not out of line and even better if it already includes fees tax and etc. I got mine about 60 days ago for just about the same and most thought it was a fair deal. Sales have gone up since I got mine so demand may be higher making that a good price.
Not the best price ever seen but not the worst either. Your not getting ripped off if that's your concern
Enjoy !

Anyway, I got mine (6MT non-navi) for 31.8 about 2 1/2 months ago. So imo, you got a good price there.

its a fair price althought more recently i've seen a few people get a navi TL for mid to high 32's. so for the extra 1K and change it might have been worth it. it really depends if you want the nav or not.

It's a good price, got my '05 6MT w/Nav for $33,450 with 35% tint, no other accessories thrown in, before TTL. Thankfully in Albuquerque, the tax is just 3%, which came to ~$1k. Registration and title was under ~$120.00 I think. I did get a quote for $33K from Scottsdale Acura, I think, (without negotiating) but decided that transporting it here would be a pain.
