So I did something stupid: I let someone work on my car installing a new radio in there.

He took out the Navi l/radio out. The air conditioning remained on.
He mis connected one of the green harnesses on the Navi and the clock/air vent plug; I the turned on the car and a spark occurred with a small fume coming out of the wire it seems.
Later upon turning on the car, I realized that the tempeture control wasn’t working. It lights up, but doesn’t turn off my air conditioning fan. Then I realized that the power windows don’t work. The. I realized that although the cluster lights turn on when I first get in the car, they don’t come on when I’m driving and cannot see anything on the dashboard. Then I realized that although the head lights do work, I cannot turn on a signal light. They don’t blink when I hit left or right. I’m really tripping out here. What could this be?
