I have a 2002 Acura RSX. A few days ago my tail lights, dash lights (gauges only) and parking lights stop working. I found the fuse that was blown "small light" fuse (15A) and replaced it, as soon as I turn on my headlights it blew again. There is obviously a short but need to know if someone has any idea where I should start my search. I converted to HID headlights about a year ago and one has not been working for months so been driving with my brights on since. I don't see any wires exposed from the converter boxes for the HID so don't think this Is the problem but at this point not completely sure.

Are they plug and play HID or did someone wired them? If someone wired them then there is your problem (start there). If they are plug and play HID Kit then unplug them and plug in regular headlights and turn everything on, if everything works and nothing blows then your issues is the kit. NOW, IF nothing works and still blows fuses THEN you need to dig real real deep flow wires and check for issues (time consuming and patience is needed along with attention to details).

Id say reverse the problem. Try installing the OEM lights and see if the issue occurs.
