Just picked up my new TL, and I gotta say I am more pleased than I thought I would be. Black on Black 6 spd.

you might wanna edit the subject to "love" not "live"...hehe...well atleast its good to hear a "praise" post, not another problem post. Kinda brings me down when I see another problem post.

In about 100-200 miles or so, the rattles will begin. If you like music with alot of bass, you'll hear rattles from the rear deck big time...beware.

I have 450 miles on mine and 1 month old and no rattles...

 

Almost 2 years,,,no rattles on mine thankfully. Plus the are all repairable so no worries

Why would you call that ruining it for him? I'm letting him know what is can possibly expect in the future. I may have worded my post incorrectly and should have said there is a 50-50 chance that you may experience rattles in your car in the future.

 

One month and 2000 miles into my ownership and I couldn't be happier. Enjoy!

 

early 2004 TL 37394 miles, 6MT, NBP/Ebony, Nav....still enjoying. Do not worry about rattles, I had just one and it did not bother me at all.

 

I have 19k miles on my 05 TL and no rattles either.

 

I just got mine Friday night (Black/auto/ebony). I LOVE her! She has been informally named 'Black Beauty'...and after almost 500 miles I haven't heard a rattle yet! I can't wait to get out and drive it every day!

 

One month, 1000 miles, no rattles, I am keeping my fingers crossed
