Come on guys this is the EASIEST and quickest do it yourself MOD, order the parts online and JUST DO IT...only takes 2 seconds and a small flat screw driver!!! BINGO!

Funny enough, I did it, then took it off when i realized I had no way of rolling the windows back up. Then got the KP and put it back on. One of the others snapped off but I glued it back.
I guess I got lucky cause I only paid $8.50 the 2 times I went to the dealer for one.

My passenger side one "came off" as well. It was either in L.A., or one night at home in Compton. I've gotta get a new one, but was also wondering if there are supposed to be two gold screws in the metal piece, or just one? There are two holes, but mine only has one gold screw in it.

This is a slick, EASY mod. And quite honestly, if your key fob dies, it'll take a key, and all of 10 seconds to get the cover off the driver side handle.

I just did mine today and it looks good. all you need is a small flathead screwdrive.
