Justn is Justn dont hate on him. OP I think I would takeit to a professional car detail place in your area and see if polishing it does any good. Let them do a test on one of the panels and see if iit blends better. Whole car shouldnt be more than 350.00

A dab of proper punctuation probably would have made it easier to understand. However I'm quickly learning that playing grammar police on the internet is a lost cause, so I let that go.
I also have seen Old School and I'm familiar with the quote you were referencing, however I don't think it was really the most appropriate response. It's really hard to sense things like sarcasm on the internet, so things like that could easily be misunderstood/misinterpreted.
It would be pretty easy for someone to misinterpret what you said as an attack/insult. Just my

spend your 1500 on wheels. Dont think its worth to paint the whole side for 1500 when your not sure if theres really a problem. Take some pics before taking it to a shop and we will give you some advice.

You may still see color variation in WDP, like was said before, it looks different from different angles and in different light. Just had my rear bumper painted, sometimes it looks the same, sometimes not...
