one ticket in one year after getting tints your fine

have tints, no front plate and a radar detector
i got pulled over last friday, got two tickets tints and obstruction of windshield (radar detector) which is complete bullshit, guy is a real jerk,
then on top of that he never gave me license back so when i went out saturday night i had to pay the bouncer off to get in, then when i went back to get my license from him he tells he doesnt have it but i am positive he never gave it back to me

I think I am just going to do what others do though and get a doctors note, all you do is when you get pulled over for tint, just show them the notes and they'll let you go. I have been told this by several people...have you guys heard anythign on this?

yeah if you roll down your window right when you see a cop, it looks like something is up, and it will scope your shit, so just either have them down all the time like i do when the weather is right, or just leave them up

yeah but you can continue to be ticketed.
i tinted my 99 grand prix's front windows when it wasn't legal in mo. got a ticket and said screw it that won't make me... but then i got 2nd tick within weeks and that convinced me.

the only risk is if they are prohibited entirely or darker then allowed in your area.

bs. roll your window down when you see a cop? what happen when the cop sees you first? cops have highly defined observational powers what if its raining or cold? think he aint gonna be a tad suspicious?
besides cops interest in tints is basically for probable cause when they need probable cause.
i respect the uniform when it respects me.

i got one the other day too. well it was at night. state trooper followed me for awhile and couldnt get me for nothing else so he decided to pull me over for the tint. that cop let speeders fly by while waiting for me to make a wrong move. he finally pulled me over and the first thing he says is roll your windows down. tested my windows and it came up 5%. i got the ticket taken care of. if i take my tint off its only to tint the car darker. i think i'll go limo next time instead of mirror.
