had to hit you back on this. my tl-s-6 swap cost less than buying a cl would have cost when i did it, and my tl weighs less than a cl-s does. I have actually taken it to the track and have actually weighed it.

i cant see why anyone would want to take a break from driving a stick at 24 years old.

Really? That's pretty shocking. However, I know you are bolt on/tuned and your Max is fast so I guess, yea. You guys have so much more of an extensive aftermarket. DOHC > SOHC. If only someone would come up with a way to get a good tune without going full standalone.

and nothing happened to that guy that cut us off his ass made it, its the civic who lost his ride. if it was me in that civic i would of slammed into that crap ass car tboned that fool. instead of slamming on the breaks locking up the wheels then loseing it into a curb. guy was unlucky and it probably could happen to anyone... or just driving down the street. it probably wouldnt of happen if that guy wasnt racing but shit,

dont hate on a car just cause its auto... i have a shit load of manual cars and my shit will smoke a bunch inclueing my h series hatch and all that shiet k series whatever, the skill is not how im driving the automatic but how i drive my car, its funny then that i smoke standard cars. must be them fools dont kno how to drive a manual. i kno i still remember how to shift great. i still practice on a 6 speed with lsd every weekend. so it dont matter if its a manual or auto when you get burned you get burned

the dumb ass was the one trying to get onto the highway. they clearly saw the two cars coming, then pulled out all slowly then pinned the gas, there wasnt no one even exiting a highway to get onto the service road. i yeild when theres traffic mergeing usually unless they are driving two slow.

uhh... i kno what you mean by takeing a break at 24 hahaha well its just i had a daughter and i been looking for something more suitable for the family and i messed up my credit for letting my 2007 civic go. i let it go cause it was a 6 speed and a coupe.. but really it was cause how i drive and that civic didnt help either cause it was fast. the type s just jumped into my hands when i needed a car and as been good to me ever since. i only started to come on to the fourm because of issues that really aint big issues. been seeing what people are doing with there tl and learning about these acura's and i thought thats what auto tl-s run. maybe a high 14 im guessing if your lucky. i been looking up what people are spending to do a 6 speed ands it about 2.5 grand. i dont got that kinda of money right now but i guess i should start by buying the peices i need to do that transmission swap

ya, i dont got quite a bit fora a 24 year old i been driving since i was 15. and i gone thru more cars then im proud of. i get lucky that God is guideing me sometimes i make it thru some shit. just gotta try to keep it cool on the streets
