how to remove/replace!

How do i remove to replace the black glossy window trim on the rear door , the ones on he outside that trace the curve of the doors. got a big ugly scratch on the right rear.
Also if you have info on removing the roof molding (on top of the car that runs from the bottom of the front windshield to the top of the back glass), need to remove some wax residue. I will surely appreciate it. Thanks

The service manual says when you remove the door moldings, you will have to replace them because they will bend, and the roof molding might bend.

I don't have all the scans yet, and there are seven pages involved, so if you really need them let me know.

The moldings list for $26.95 and $46.72 for the doors, and $43.58 for the roof.

For the wax residue use the above posted methods or

1) Pink Pearl Eraser ( Also works great on wax on black textured plastic )
2) Squirt a little QD spray on the area and use a soft tooth brush.
