I know most teens to 21 can't afford a 37k payment. How old are you and are you pretty much situated or are u living pay check to pay check paying for your car..

I'm 25 paying for my house and my car and still living a decent lifestyle...

 

27, and while my first Acura (00 Integra) limited my play money, I'm paying cash outright for my TL when it comes in a week or two. Only thing I'm making payments for is my house.

 

22, cars paid for

 

39, put 8k down, financed the rest, payment is $487/month and is no sweat, only 1/4 of the mortgage payment, I spend more on dining out and golf than I do on my car.

 

I'm 19 and am paying for my own 04 NBP 5AT NAVI, of course I widdled dealer down to 33700 total (w/o tax), and the fact that I have A credit and went thru a credit union for 4% with no money down (trade in) doesn't hurt either....I was upside down on my other car of course, so my total loan with everything is like 40000 only catch is that I still live with my parents, I don't want an apartment I want an appreciating asset. I work full time for an IT company by the way

 

18, and work for my family buisness.
