Well, Edmunds says $24138, KBB says $23725. Sounds like they have it fairly priced, especially if it's Acura Certified. Of course, I'd go in with an offer for less than asking price and see what happens.

I didn't see anything about Navi, even did a search on the web page for Navi. Did I miss it?

Hmmmm. Specs don't list Navi, but the pics says otherwise. If that car has Navi, that is a good if not great deal as priced.

I recently got 05 WDP with Nav with 31Kmiles for $19k from a private seller in CA. I think the price is right for Acura certified.

You should negotiate anyway though. G/L

Regardless of what we might think a good price, the dealer is only going to go so far. Make certain it's a CPO car first and go from there. If not, that will be part of the your bargaining. When we purchased our WDP/Nav a few years ago, it wasn't advertised as a CPO, but the price was right. I offered $500 less and had them make it a CPO car, and as 3 of the wheels had very slight curb rash, they installed a set from another TL. I then paid $800 for the 7/100 bumper to bumper warranty. I guess everyone was happy. I know they were, or they wouldn't have sold the car, and I came away without looking back. Great car.

Just checked, it's not listed on the Acura CPO car website.

good luck getting any significant amount off the price. i stopped by vandergriff when i was looking for my tl. the lowest i see them dropping that price is about $1000 to 20,995. its not an absolute steal, but its a pretty fair price.

$19,500 would be a good deal...I paid $16k for my WDP 06 W/nav, 50k, last month. However, it was private sale and not CPO.

I'd offer them $19K and work up. You have the advantage, especially in this market. If they won't budge you can always walk unless you just have to have this car. There's a load of 2006's on the market.

I would say it is fair market value.
