How much weight have you had in your TL???
I know it says 850lbs but I'm impressed with this sedan. The past 2 weeks, I've been building a fire pit in my backyard and I put 18 bags of gravel weighting 40 lbs each plus myself at 195 lbs for a total of 915 lbs. But I pushed it Monday... I grabbed 48 stones thinking they were 15 lbs at the most and got home just fine with my so called estimated 915 lbs. Nope, the stones were actually 25 lbs a piece so I drove home with 1,395 pounds in the car. I distributed the weight in each floorboard so the trunk didn't take the bulk of the weight so maybe 150 lbs on the front floorboard, 300 lbs in the back, and the rest in the truck. I pushed the stones as far forward as I could so the weight was on or infront of the rear axle. Granted I only had a 15 minute drive during rush hour so I stayed below 45mph but no rubbing, scrapping, popping, or creaking.
So, who need a truck with I've got my Acura TL. I should have taken a picture.

most weight I had was just ppl in the car. But one of my friends is 350LB (fat mother fucker), he was in the front, I weigh around 200LB, and 3 of my other friends all between 200-215LB in the back. I am also lowered and there was no rubbing or anything like that even with spacers in the back.

3 married women in my car.....I'm not married......
They wanted to sit in my car (when I just got it) when we all went to lunch. Other coworkers were in the other car.
Attractin the wrong type of girls. =)
Does anybody know why some car suspensions look really fucked up? like the back is really low? was it cause those ppl stuffed their cars with weight to the max and damaged the rear suspension?

Be careful with putting too much in the car and driving long distances as I had to get the upgraded bumpstops for my suspension. I did a cross country drive from NY to CA with a ton of my belongings and when I got to CA, the rear tires were bald. TSB got me straightened out. Apparently, the Suspension goes out of spec with too much weight in the rear.
