How much for a used 04 TL?

I saw this at our local Honda Dealer. Is this about right?

Price: $38888
Kilometers: 31000 kms

That sounds about right. My bro-in-law bought a used 04 Lincoln LS (sticker of39K US) for 27K and it had about 12K miles on it.

Is that price the "out the door price"? Seems high to me considering a new 2005 TL list price is $34900.
