How much is my car worth?
Just trying to figure something out. In terms of real value...not blue book value what do you guys value my car at?
2008 Acura TL Base, 23k miles, PPM on Ebony.
No accident, clean title. Warranty until 2012 and power train warranty until 2015. Was a 12/31/2008 car LOL. Almost a 2009. Clean car no dings no problems nothing.
Is $22k realistic?

I dunno man, doesnt that car have some road rage/water bottle damage!!! Plus we have seen how you drive
Doesnt make too much of a difference but Navi or no?
I would say 22k is not bad for a private sale. I paid 23k about one year ago for a 07 TL Navi with 6k miles in mint condition.
Good Luck!
Oh and in before Justn!

LOL at justin. Yeah I was just trying to figure something out thanks. I think its worth around 21-22k. I saw a private sale base 07 TL sell for $24.5k and it had 43k miles on it.
KBB has it valued at 24.5k with 25k miles (just put 25k to see what it would be with that many miles). But I know KBB is a terrible system to go by.

Yes, but one must find the right person that wants that specific car. Buyers are picky and a great many don't like buying from a private individual. Another point, is the title in hand and if so that's a step in the right direction, but if there is a lien on the car and the lien holder has the title, that's certainly a drawback.
Real value...what? KBB private party value is $24,435. If you have nav, its $25,035. Both were for "excellent" condition. KBB is what 99% of buyers are going to look at. Don't know what real value is supposed to mean.

22k is an excellent price considering KBB value is more than that. If you post it at that price, you wouldn't have problem looking for buyer.
KBB value is garbage.
I find it really annoying when buyers OR sellers judge cars ONLY by KBB. You have to look at comparable cars on the market to find real value.
For example; KBB value for what I regularly buy and ship overseas (used mid 90's corollas) is less than $1500 most of the time. But the REAL value, on the market, is over 2500$ most of the time because so many people buy and export them.
Comp. value>KBB any day of the week.

First question you have to ask yourself is "would I buy this car"
In my opinion of recent search is your car would realistically sell at around 20k. Ive seen tl's with 35k at the Acura dealer for 22k and people would prefer to buy it at an dealer.

Depends on your mods too....especially if you tinted your mirror turn signals and headlights/tail lights. Depending on who you sell it to that could decrease its value, especially if you trade it in to a dealer...dumb mods only though....obviously things such as the ASPEC and Decklid help a little.
