Good car Good deal
just bought mine 1 month ago... , i use to have a 07 TL-S with 11000 mile on it, i traded it to my new 08 TL-S i end up paying $500 after trade.
i got my 07 TLS last year for $31500 out the door. so i guees that mean i paid $32000 for both of them lol.
BTW my old 07 TL-S had a very bad crash and i still got them to give me 30k for the trade
Good luck

I just bought a 2007 Mint TL Type S "Certified" with 27,000 miles on it for $25,800. I might have been able to find a slightly better deal at another dealership if i had the time to look but I had to get rid of my 2002 TLS with 160,000 on it before I had to dump some major cash into it. They gave me $3,800 for the trade which I gladly took. Another dealer only offered me $2,000 for it. Besides the need to dump my 2002, I couldn't find another RED TLS anywhere around where I live. The red with the blacked out trim and wheels looks very nice.
There was a dealer that had a blue 2007 TLS with 17K on it but they were asking 29,500 for it and would only go to $28,900.

I'd say thats a good price for one with 25-35k. I just got my 07 TL-S with 31k for $23,000 from a fellow Azine member, and it looks like there were others paying under $24,000 with similar miles.
Mine also has a clear bra, AEM intake, tint, and 4 snows
Hope this helps!
