This means nothing to you...

Based on your environmental factors and the driving style, you will get all different mileage reports.

Only ppl living in your neighborhoods with the similar driving preference would provide the helpful and comparable information to you.

For example, my

1st (A1): about 5900, NYC driving plus 3200 miles trip.
2nd (B): about 9000, NYC driving only.

I'm waiting for 3rd one now... what will it be?

Btw, my friends in CA, got 17k for his 2nd (B) service...

My A1 was around 6000 miles. My B service, scheduled for next week, will be around 13000.

The B service is the oil change, usually the second oil change, plus other things. For a complete list, see page 199 of the owner's manual.

If you will notice from the list, there are only "A" and "B" services listed on the left side, and there are numeric 1-5 sub-items listed on the right side of the page.

Depending on your mileage and driving conditions, you could get a notice that said A1, or B1, or B1 and 2, etc. There is no indication of mileage periods for these numbers, but 3-5 probably won't show up for a long time, and 2 should also not show up for at least 15,000 miles, again depending on driving conditions.

Be sure and find out the cost of the B service before you get it done. Some people have said they paid upwards of $150 for this service, which is ridiculous. The B service is basically only an oil change and tire rotation, while the other things listed are things that should normally be checked during an oil change and therefore should not cause you to pay a lot of extra money for things that should be checked for free.

Good advice. My B service was complimentary as part of the compensation for the pre-delivery problems (don't ask, do search instead!), but would have cost $89 per the invoice if I had been charged.
