By the way, I am NOT recommending anyone do this...it could be extremely hairy if something went wrong...

144 on a TX 59, the southwest freeway HOV lane, with lots of people in the other lane. I've got almost 40k on mine, and it's all stock.
And there was very little vibration. It was a nice smooth road.
I drive over 100 almost everyday, and i never follow the speed limits. I've never been ticketed and never gotten in a wreck. I'm one lucky SOB.

My TL-S is completely rock solid with absolutely no drama at speeds above 150, however, most Autobahns are meticulusly kept and smoot to begin with. The coolest thing about the TL-S is that it pulls like a freight train till about 130, and continues to move to 150 still pretty fast. My GSR has gotten to 140 on the A63, an autobahn on the route to my house, but it is a scary ride above 120 (redline in fourth). At 120 the TL-S feels the same as doing 80 or 90.

oh I forgot to ask you....what time of day was this when you got pulled over? was it at 3AM or in the middle of the day? and how did he get you...did he get you on radar while coming the opposite direction and then cross over the median to pull you over or something?

Their is a freeway that has only couple exits and is a straightaway long enough where at the end it goes down hill then straight and a slight uphill i took my TLS in SS mode and hit one fifty on the speedo. then again at that speed the speedo does lie so

it was about 6am in the morning coming home from frisco bacc to the san gabriel valley... he was going norht and i was going south.. I started to slow down wheni sa him about a mile before but still caught me radared me at 117.. i was actually oging about 135-140 then tryed to slow down enough to geti t below atleast 100... he crossed over the median and it was overrrrrrrrrrrrrr

shit that sucks....did you have a radar detector? I guess it's only effective when the officer is sitting on the side with the radar constantly on...but if he's going the opposite direction going 80-90 mph and you're doing 135 mph, there's no way to slow down in time....

I hit 150 on my way to work one sunday morning cuz i was raceing one of the new infinity g35s's .i pulled on him the entire time. his car shut off at around 135ish not sure cuz i didnt wanna look down for 2 long lol but i was like fuck it ima see how fast i can go... as soon as i got to 150 my baby shut downnnn lol. had to wait a sec and slow down till it turned back on.

According to R&T the '07 G35 Sport is limited to 155.
He probably chickened out and lifted. Or came to grips with the fact that you smoked him and lifted.

That's just dangerous. Not just to you, but others who DON'T see you coming up on the right at 120 mph.

135 but i still havent opened it up yet, everytime i go somewhere to do it, traffic is bad, i've had it 120 a handfull of times but nowhere safe enough to open it up, all the backroads in north florida are full of potholes so i have to do it on the interstate.

I hit the limiter where ever it is... it when I looked down at the speedometer to see if the CEL was on it was a little under 150mph. I did know I was going that fast... I was messing around with a good friend who drives a 07 S2K AP2. And from 40mph he'd pull out a car or so until the top of 3rd then he wouldn't pull any more and one night he stayed in it and so did I. And I came by him probably around 135 or so since I put 2-3 cars on him b4 the limiter kicked in. My car is bone stock. But now my brakes give me a little shake under hard braking. Any ideas?

New record, at 12:15 in the morning in the HOV lane (connected to the main lanes, but no one is in at this late) i pushed to the top of 5th and hit about 155. Is there supposed to be some sort of jerk or something at the top of 5th? That's why i let up, i was trying to hit 160 though, i guess i need some more HP.
