I just ordered some Continental ExtremeContact DWS's- $574 for all 4 shipped from discount tire. Not bad, I wanted the DWs cause it barely snows here but they were out of stock. I make occasional trips up north and the salesman said these were fine for warmer areas as well as snow. I cant wait to get em on next week, Im driving up to Philly Thursday for xmas

I have 2 sets of tires on 2 sets of TL-S rims. I have PS2s for summer and PA2s for winter tires. No worries...

imo those are probably the best All Season "snow tires" out there, I will be upgrading my summer tires to those.

The link you provided is for Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D not M3.

The more research I've done on them they seem like the proper choice. I find it weird that the General Exclaim UHP is considered a summer tire on tirerack and all season on sears. I'm tired of going through tires every 10 months and I figured the Continentals would last a little longer considering I drive 30-35k miles a year...

Also is it worth looking at Performance/Winter snow tires or do all seasons perform the same? I couldn't find any tests on performance/winter snow on Tirerack

Here is footage from CNN taken in Spokane, WA. Look closely and you will see the 3G TL is the only car to make it through relatively unscathed (he probably curbed his rims pretty badly). I wonder if it is a member??

I wouldn't think about replacing them anytime soon if they're recent lol
Yes, LM-60's are recent but will eventually get used up is my point. At that point I will replace with DSW all-seasons. I do not want to do the 2 sets of wheels setup.
