How About These Rims?

I have a set of 19x8 chrome Lowenhart BR5's from my old 02 TL-S with a 50mm offset. Do you think I could get away with using the same rims on my 04 with the clearance from the strut housing being 5mm LESS and the outside edge of the wheel RETRACTING in towards the body by 5mm? It would be painful to have to sell these rims because of 5mm you know. I would like to just put some 245 or 255 35 19 on them and keep it moving. Thanks for any input you might have.

you can add a thin 5mm spacer and this produces a 19x8 45 offset setup. considering the car can take 8.5s with a 45, you will have one half-inch more clearance. this thin of a spacer should not require longer studs and the lug would still enage a similar number of stud threads.
