Purchased New 9/29/05

As of today, 29,050 miles

Problems:
3rd Gear Notchy - Fixed by GM Synchromesh Warranty
3rd Brake Light Cover, Liner Sagging - Replaced under warranty
Excessive Noise from Brembo's - Pads replaced, rotors inspected and turned under Warranty

Other than that, no problems besides anything that I have done to the car being a moron.....

Wow.. you guys must be either hard on your brakes or the stock brake pads/rotors are crap. My 04 Accord has 41K miles on it and the brakes feel as strong as when I bought the car new, and at my last oil change they said the pads were almost at new thickness.

43,500 as of this weekend. Had HFL reflashed......ends up the LG PM-325 cell phone was the culprit. They do NOT work well with the HFL. Drops incoming calls. New Samsung Katana works great! Tires 1/2-3/4 worn. Upgraded to new and improved MTF from Honda. Dealer replaced free.
Runs perfect. Just like my '01 CL that had 144,000 miles. Original brakes. Ran great till the tranny broke, at which point I traded her so THEY would replace it.

Around 31K and still on original brakes for my 6MT purchased on 06.04.05. I only had 2 major issues so far:

1. HFL went out so it had gotten replaced under warranty.
2. Car wouldn't start and I thought it was the battery. Replaced battery and it still wouldn't start afterwards. Turns out, it was a bad fuse box and got that replaced under warranty too.

we have around 18K IIRC, needs a new light bulb behind the seat heater button, and a loose exhaust shield sort of whistles, neither fix is urgent.

Got mine delivered 4/1/05 w/ 10 miles. Now I am at 27,900

Problems
1) Radio settings (bass, treble, sub) reset themselves to factory every two weeks. Appt to look at it
2) Shifting became a mess until I swapped the transmission with new Honda stuff, feels like new
3) Third brake light cover replaced under warranty.
4) New Brembos needed at 26,000.
5) Rarely ever roll down the windows, but they grind when I do, Acura so called fixed them twice, another appt to look at (Getting very old).
6) Usual rattles - Have given up and accepted them as a personality trait of the TL

Thumbs up 35000 and going strong

Original everything still, only problem is the occasional squeak from the sun-visor clip. Been running mobile1 and K&N air filter from first change.

I've got two TLs-

2005 with 44,000 miles
2006 with 8,500 miles

Do I take the cake? I didn't see any 05s with more...

22,300 Miles and had to replace the HFL (under warranty).

As for rattles, they have seemed to have fixed themselves.

I guess I'm the winner so far. I bought my 2005 TL in April 2005 and have 54,000 miles. So far the only issue was that the passenger door lock whined when engaging. The dealer replaced the actuator under warranty.

I received mine on 12/20/2004 and just reached over the 39000 mark. In shop for new mods.

Only problems are:

Driver's side front floor mat "TL" came off-warranty
3rd brake light cover material sagging-warranty
Broken right rear courtesy light cover broken-warranty ( putting in the LED's and it broke).

Just minor squeaks left.

i got my WDP non nav TL in May 05 with 3300 miles (it was a demo car) and i just passed 31,500.

the only problem i've had is with the sagging head liner behind the moon roof. they reglued twice, then finally replaced the whole headliner, all on warranty.

I am at 19500. No problems yet besides still riding the shitstones and as far as the rattles go that's why my radio is always at 40.

Bought July '05. Had rotor warp, dealer fixed. Couple of interior lights have gone out. Other minor things, mostly caused by all the mods done.

Typical 3G shift problems, shifter popping out, not cleanly going into first three gears. Seemed to get worse after 20K. Changed with the new Honda updated fluid and it feels like when I first got it. If I have to change every 20k, I have no problems with that. Its that radio resetting itself that is pissing me off. If Acura is going to keep placing my Treble, Bass and Sub to the middle setting every two weeks, they might as well gray out the selection

2005 TL (AT w/ navi)

Purchased New: 11/15/05
Mileage: 10,100

No mechanical problems to date.
A few minor rattles (nothing really to complain about; all cars have them, I'm sure).

The car goes in for its 10,000 mile service tomorrow.

Purchased 12/23/04.
Almost at 39,000 miles. No major probs, but rattles seem to be getting louder and harder to pinpoint.

I'm happy nonetheless.

Almost 21K on my '05...

Problems:
3rd gear grind; completely fixed by the GM stuff

Clicking from left front axle. Dealer replaced Brembo pads/rotors..clicking still there, now they claim "normal operation"...free brake job at least.

Rattles, rattles, rattles...I'm not about to let the dealer go after those...I have fixed most myself.

That's it! Great car!

Now at 44,553. The perfect car!

Bought ours on Nov 19th 04 and currently at 41,000. Has been in several times for the interier rattles and once for new front brakes under warrenty for warped roters. Other than that it gets fresh mobil 1 every 5000 miles and a tranny drain and refill every 15,000. Original michelins are still at 1/2 tread too.
