Is anyone here on hidplanet.com at all?
I ordered new bulbs from them last week and wrote them an email yesterday about shipment; nothing.
Now all day today, both sites are down, the shop and the forums.
Still no reply email.
I'm getting impatient.
What gives?!

 

As far as I know, its a database error which is getting rectified as we speak. Site should be back up soon, bulbs usually take a week or so before being delivered. Once the site is up I'll check with the admin to be sure if the new batch of bulbs are already being shipped.

 

I've ordered from them before, they sent my shipment as soon as they received payment.

 

I'm hopeful that I will receive my order; they've already taken the money from my account btw. They took it out yesterday. We'll see.
