ATLP's are really nice, a little loud for my own taste but all there products are really well built.i almost got a comptech at one point, but then i went with the brembo swap instead. my next mod will probably be the precat deletes.

I dont think you guys would even notice that i'm modded if you drove by me. i like to keep it steath. but when i hammer on it i usually get a wierd look from people. simply because they can belive its my car thats making the beasty noise. hahahah

if you guys are intersted in a CAI, i can ask my friend for you. i beleive he has a AEM kicking around that he doesnt use anymore.

Since I don't have kids and want some. I don't use the heated seat. I have to keep my boys at a low temperature.

its not all that hard. if you look it up on here. you will see that there are 2 ways of doing it. taking the bumper off or doing it through the right wheel well. i personally did it without taking the bumper off but i had a hoist. and all my tools at work so it was alot easier.

On HI mine heat up in 5 minutes or so; I can't really complain about the heated driver seat. My complaint is with the climate control system. It takes a lot longer for the heat to come on with the climate system. My first 10-15 minutes, with the system in AUTO, are pretty uncomfortable as the engine hasn't warmed up to allow the system to generate heat. Thankfully the heated seats help this or it would be a pretty uncomfortable drive with the winter we've had so far.

Hey just wanted to give a shout out to all of you guys from Edmonton. I'm from St. Albert myself and figured I'd add you guys as contacts to make arranging an Edmonton meet easier.

I'm planning on dropping my car on coilovers and picking up some nice 18s come spring; hoping to throw a UR crank pulley in and find some nicer exhaust tips too.

Looks like most Edmonton members have 3Gs...am I the only one with a 2G TL?

no man you are not. I saw you on this site before, we talked on the 2g side when I crashed my 99TL. The 99 is all fixed up now and my parents are driving it. There are some other 2g in edmonton that are also on this site. 1 guy with a blue a-spec and CF hood. He's from the southside somewhere.

Mine used to heat up fast but now they seem slow sometimes...I noticed that my bun warmers are not working now only the backrest! I hope I didn't screw something up when I did my LCD headrest install....maybe I unplugged something?

Oh yeah that's right. I completely forgot, my bad. Glad to hear the 99 was fixed up and being put to good use again. Do you happen to know the username of the guy with the a-spec? I'm hoping to get at least a dozen members together for a meet come spring. We can show all these other guys how the edmonton a-zine members ride.

No I don't know his username. I think if you search the 2g side about the CF Hoods you can find his thread about it. Also there was a guy selling something in the BM who is also from Edmonton and with a 2g. This is all the people I have in my friends list that are from here: KGforPrez, Fred99x, chckn, vi3tboi. Add them and c what they say about the meet

Mine generally heat up fairly quickly. I seldom wear a jacket when I drive because I'd rather feel the seat heater to stay warm. When I wear polarfleece-lined jeans I do find that my butt doesn't feel the seat heater as much as usual, though (which meant that when it was –8°F the seat heater didn't benefit me all that much).
