anyone try to install fog lights on bumper? i know TL comes with fog lights but i thought maybe i could put additional fog lights on the bumper like the 2nd gen. TLs. i think it will make the car look a lot better...plus...you can turn your fog lights on without turning headlights on anyway......so if anyone has done so...please post some pics or comments so i could model after you.........thanx!!!!

 

Search is your friend - and this thread will get you on the right track. All you had to do is search for foglights.

 

This is something I want to do as well since the Canadian TLs do not have fog lights but day time running lights (DRL) instead.

 

do a search this has been discussed before, it has been suggested multiple times but no one has yet to accomplish it. doesn't sound difficult but yet there are no threads where a member has performed it successfully.

 

Perhaps you could alter the stock headlight housing and replace the high beam with some kind of retrofit projector fog light housing and insert in place of the high beam. Be some work, but certainly possible. I personally like the fogs where they are. From far away, it appears to give the car a wider stance.
