Help!! What does this mean?
There is a picture almost like yours on page 195 of the (2004-2005 may be a page or so away) service manual.
It tells you what service you need. The numbers and letters are explained on page 199.
When the dealer does the required services he will reset the MID so it starts over.
Do not let them screw you on the service required. With your mileage, all you need is an oil and filter change (about $25-30), and maybe a tire rotation (maybe another $25).
edit note: It takes me so long to research what I write that I get beat out most of the time, but the info is still good so I'll leave it in. But bluenoise and ndx2 are giving good info.

The MID "reset" procedure is very easy..

Cheers
Here’s the full procedure to reset the MID display.
(The procedure on page 196 of the manual is incorrect. In paragraph 3a of the manual, the requirement to hold the button for 10 seconds the second time it is pressed is omitted. If this is not done, the display will not reset.)
1. Turn the ignition switch to ON
2. Select Trip A or Trip B (You can use either one, so if you are using one to record data for something, use the other one to reset the Oil Life Indicator).
3. Press the < or > button repeatedly until the oil life is displayed.
4. Press and hold the Select/Reset button for 10 seconds. The Multi-Information Display will ask for a confirmation.
a. If you are sure you want to reset the display, press the Select/Reset button for 10 seconds again. (This is the part omitted from the manual.)
b. If you do not want to reset the display, press the < or > button to select “Cancel”

Even if you don't go to the dealer to have it done, many service shops will already know how to reset your MID. I had my A1 done at a GoodYear place. $36.00 for oil and rotate and all future rotations are free
... and they reset the MID

You have to manually reset it when you get the oil change.
