Help taking bumper off

i was trying to take my bumper off to do a tail light swap but i am having some trouble. i took off the mud flaps and cannot take that metal bracket the flap is connected to. the screws on the top and bottom just spin, they don't come out. anybody else had this problem? tried twice but gave up lol.

you dont have to take the whole bumper off...just take those bolts out that are in the trunk area...and then pull the sides away...should give you enough to get to the taillight bolts...at least other ziners have done it that way

To the best f your ability, you will need to form a mechanical wedge via std screwdriver or similar between the screw and the bracket.
