Unhappy Help plz. Steering wheel installation instruction needed.

Can any one kindly post a steering wheel installation instruction? or send one to me by email? I tried the search, may be I didn't do it right...

I just got my carbon fiber steering wheel and the box didn't come with the instruction!! It just has 2 extra screws.

I'm trying to get the seller to send me the instruction via email. But I cannot wait to study it so that I can do it a.s.a.p.

Another question: Do I really have to get an alignment done for just replacing the steering wheel???

The piece of paper that came with the 2 screws said that a toe in alignment may be needed....I do not recall seeing any post saying that an alignment is needed after taking the steering wheel off. Thanks in advance for the help!

Nope, just make sure the new wheels alignment marks go on the same the old one wheel comes off.

Look for the marks on the steering shaft after your remove the center nut BEFORE YOU USE THE STEERING PULLER.

Awesome!! More questions

I know you guys are sweet!!! Thanks Kennedy.

One more question: People keep suggesting to use a steering wheel puller to help taking the wheel out....

Will it be impossible to take the wheel out if I don't have the puller?

I recall reading some posts talking about how the person yanked the steering out and messed up the cable reel.... I'm sure I can do it very careful...

I'm just wondering if it will need lots of strength to pull the steering out. I'm afraid I apply too much force and f. it up. I'm not muscular but definitely not a weak guy.

It's a $10 investment, which you can return for refund when finished.

You can try, but highly advise against it.

There are some other posts from me on this topic... Do a quick search.
