Hey People...I need some advice

On Jan 28 I got rear ended by a YUKON XL. It was pretty bad. It costed $3200 which the other insurance company paid. But when I got my car back I found it unsatisfactory. The bumper wasn't fitted well, the right light had water vapor in it and the paint quailtiy wasn't up to par with the factory. This was the body shop that Santa Monica Acura refered me to. So I was planning to go to the body shop to shape things up again coming week.

Today (sunday) I get rear ended again!!! But this time by a Porsche Carrera. The damage wasn't as bad as the first time but the "newly" installed A-Spec Bodykit was damage and seems like its falling apart. There seems to be no visible damage to the bumper but I m sure that there will be underneath.

My question is what should i do? The first problem is that I want to go to the first body shop to ask them to fix the light and point them out that my bumper wasn't fitted probably. But now that I got hit again, they can just simply say that it was because of this accident. The second is that I honestly do not want to go to the same place as it is unsatisfactory. But inorder to fix my light and bumper I will have to go to the same place. So what should I do?

BTW I drive a NHBP Acura TL 2006 which i purchased the end of November. The first time I got hit, I had 2191 miles on it only. This second time I have 2300 Miles. Its a brand new car and I want it to be BRAND NEW again but seems like its not going to go that way. I don't even have my license plates yet. Man...i wish people drove more carefully!!!!!

So any advice would be greatly appreciated.!!!

 

I once had a black car.
It got run into 3 times in 2 years. i dont get dark color cars anymore, I have been going with white and not been hit for 16 years.

Try to pin everything on the porshe, if they say that damage was not cause by the porshe get this in writing and bring it to the first body shop.
